Returns/exchanges for all products:
We want you to love your purchase and our company! Contact us within 30 days at support@crackerandcur.com and we will take back the item you don't love! If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items also need to be mailed back to us within 30 days of our email exchange.
To complete your return or exchange send us an email (support@crackerandcur.com) to let us know that you are sending it back to us then make sure to include the packing list or paperwork with your order number and reason for returning so we can track it then send it to:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return. We will notify you if the refund was rejected. 
If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@crackerandcur.com  to figure out where your refund is.
